I just finished two of these, tho I modified the pattern a little bit to make it round and not scalloped. I used 2 layers of batting to hold the needles instead of felt pieces, I have lots of batting pieces left over. I'm keeping one nest, and one is a gift for my fat quarter exchange buddy. Thanks for the wonderful directions. I'll post pictures next week on my facebook page with an acknowledgement to you, after my buddy receives hers in the mail. Thanks again.
