- Married to a great guy with four lovely children. The eldest Matthew is now in heaven looking over us. My husband was posted with the RAAF to Adelaide, South Australia in October 2007, but I am a Queenslander through and through. I love primitive crafts. I enjoy quilting, making dolls, scrapbooking, redwork and crafting in general.We loved our two trips to the States and would love to visit again, as well as other countries.

PAY IT FORWARD
I have finished my first PIF gifts and have taken up another PIF from Pats blog "Sew Pat".
This concept is like the movie called Pay It Forward with Kevin Spacey and Haley Joel Osment in it. The 12 year old boy has a school assignment and he comes up with the PIF concept....it was a wonderful movie but you need your tissues. I sobbed. PIF is where acts of kindness are done without expecting anything in return, just passing it on, hoping that the recipients will do the same and pay it forward, like a never ending chain of kindness
I will make and send a gift for the first 3 friends who post a comment to this post, requesting to join this exchange, and promising to pay it forward to 3 other persons, etc.... I don't know what my 3 gifts will be,but I can promise I will send them within the next 365 days. What YOU have to do in return then, is "Pay It Forward" by making the same announcement and promise on YOUR blog. I now have 3 lovely bloggers willing to PIF. Janice, Linda "Kaaren". I never heard back from Deb or Adria after I replied to their comments left.

Ahhhh, yep ... I belong in the last group for sure! I just bought patterns over the net for goodness sake! AND It didn't even feel like shopping REALLY!!! I need a 'Shopaholics' group too.
