Diet Challenge 2009
Okay so this week I gained 300 grams....agghhhhh...not happy...but it is my own fault. I haven't been tracking what I eat and know in my head its been more than I should be eating. It is so easy to get off track. I got new cross trainers because my old ones were hurting my toes...very wierd I tell you...all of a sudden these shoes I have always been wearing are bruising my toes and they are black. I didnt realise because I had pretty toenail polish on and I decided to take it of and there were my black toenails...the picture below I took about a week after so I imagine they were a tad blacker before this...So I went and brought new shoes and of course I got blisters now.....the exercise has been happening but not as much as I would like it to. We had lots of well needed rain and it really did put a damper on my walking. Even though I could have used the cross trainer it through me out. I seem to be a creature of habit and get put off when things change suddenly without plan....I have to get over it I know...I will track what I eat this week. I will exercise more this week. I just have to keep moving forward and not stress about the little gain.
One more thing I do want to do is put some posters around the house of my goals. What I need to do to achieve those goals as a reminder to myself not to give up and to stay positive.
